Yes! We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £40. Orders under £40 have a flat rate shipping charge.

We process orders quickly so we can get your potions to you as fast as possible. If you need to make a change please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched we're unable to make changes.

All Mad Mim products are botanically led, meaning the majority of every formula is made up of natural, plant-based ingredients. We never use parabens, sulphates, or artificial fragrances. Every ingredient is listed on the product page so you always know exactly what you're putting on your skin.

Many of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind, but every skin is different. We recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing. The majority of our products are vegan. Any products that contain beeswax or honey derivatives are clearly labelled. Check the individual product pages for full details.

Each product has a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging — this tells you how many months the product is best used within after opening. All products have a shelf life of at least 12 months unopened.

We always recommend consulting your GP or midwife before introducing new skincare during pregnancy. Some essential oils used in our formulas may not be recommended during pregnancy — the full ingredient list is on every product page.

Due to the nature of skincare we're unable to accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours and we'll sort it straight away.

We're so sorry if your order arrived less than magically. Email us with your order number and a photo of the damage within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
